The Bravern Residences proposes to offer a dynamic high rise community in the vibrant downtown Bellevue. The Bravern will offer a flagship Neiman Marcus store, retail boutiques, restaurants, health club, day spa and many more residential services. Not just one high rise building, but two 29 story residential towers will be erected to house more than 450 condominium estates.
